FIG Partners has developed a Business Continuity Plan to respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. The following provide alternate contact information in the event of an emergency.
In the event of a significant business disruption, you will be notified through our website, research.figpartners.com or one of the numbers above how to contact us.
Accessing your account – Your account is maintained with our clearing firm, First Clearing LLC. If you cannot access us through any of the means above, you should contact our clearing firm, First Clearing, at 877-496-3223 or www.firstclearingllc.com for instructions on how it may provide prompt access to your funds and securities, enter orders, and process other cash, and security transfer transactions for you.
FIG maintains offsite system backups including financial and operational records allowing us the mobility of physically going to another location to conduct business. Our clearing firm, First Clearing, back up their important records in a geographically separate area.
As business disruptions can vary in scope, we are flexible to respond to a disruption if it’s just our offices, our city or our entire region. Within each of these areas, the severity of the disruption can also vary from minimal to severe. Our clearing firm has advised us that key functions and full functionality should be available in a timely manner.
Our business continuity plan addresses: data back up and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; critical supplier, contractor, bank and counter-party impact; regulatory reporting; and assuring our customers prompt access to their funds and securities if we are unable to continue our business.
For more information – If you have questions about our business continuity plan or if you would like a copy of our plan, please contact us at 404-601-7212 or email@example.com.
